Insyghtful AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Insyghtful AI application (“Insyghtful AI”, “Service”, “Application”), including its integration with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (“Zoom”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Insyghtful AI is a sales intelligence and conversation analysis platform that integrates with Zoom to transcribe meetings, analyze conversations, and provide AI-generated insights and recommendations to users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

 

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Obtain all necessary consents from meeting participants before recording or transcribing Zoom meetings
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, and recording laws
  • Ensure that your use of the Service complies with Zoom’s Terms of Service and policies

You are solely responsible for the content of meetings, recordings, and transcripts processed through the Service.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Insyghtful AI may process audio, video, transcripts, and metadata from Zoom meetings solely to provide the Service.


Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How data is used
  • How data is stored and protected
  • User rights regarding their data

Insyghtful AI does not sell user data.

5. Zoom Integration Disclaimer

Insyghtful AI is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
Your use of Zoom is governed separately by Zoom’s terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, models, and content (excluding user-provided data), are owned by Insyghtful AI or its license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer

Insights, recommendations, and analyses provided by Insyghtful AI are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
Insyghtful AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes, and users remain responsible for business decisions made based on the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insyghtful AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
