    Yes, Insyghtful.ai integrates with Zoom to process live audio from sales conversations and deliver real-time guidance during those calls. Zoom is the primary supported conferencing platform today.

    Does Insyghtful synchronize with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs?

    Insyghtful.ai does not offer direct CRM integration today; CRM synchronization is on the roadmap. Insyghtful.ai currently supports export options so you can move insights into your CRM and is designed to complement, not replace, your CRM.

    How does Insyghtful write back to our CRM—what fields or objects are updated?

    Insyghtful.ai does not yet write back directly to CRM objects because native CRM integrations are still on the roadmap. Today, you can export Insyghtful.ai insights and map them into your CRM according to your own data model.

    Can we control which data is pushed into our CRM?

    Because Insyghtful.ai does not yet push data directly into CRMs, control today is exercised through what you choose to export and how you map that data into your systems. As native CRM integrations are introduced, Insyghtful.ai will define granular controls over which insights are synced.
